This health and wellness program is designed to provide the tools to help balance the competing demands of work, family and leisure. Take an assessment to get feedback on how you are doing or jump into the workshops to learn about balance in your life. Assessment

Balancing life means finding and pursuing what is personally meaningful. Balance means determining priorities and spending time on the most important things. Balance will change along with the major and the minor life events that will occur throughout your lifetime. Balance is created when the physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of your life are in a rhythm that feels right.

The Health and Wellness Assessment, and each of the related assessments below, takes about five minutes to complete; recommendations follow based on your results.
